Supporting dermatology patient organizations is paramount to GlobalSkain. We are working to develop strategies to support our Members in their work during these uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic. GlobalSkin staff have compiled a list of resources from the World Health Organization, dermatological associations, and patient organizations as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic.

On October 24, 2023, the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) launched a Call to Action on Chronic Inflammatory Skin Diseases. GlobalSkin together with 23 organizations, is a signatory of this important initiative.

As an organization focussed on the well-being and health of patients globally, the International Alliance of Dermatology Patient Organizations (GlobalSkin) has both a responsibility and an opportunity to show leadership in safeguarding the health and safety of our member organization leaders, dermatology patients, Board Directors, employees, and other key stakeholders.
